The duty manager handles press enquiries. Suppliers should use the lane door at the back of the north house instead of the front steps.

Arriving
The front door is number 13, the middle house, the one with the lamp over the steps. Numbers 11 and 15 are locked from the outside and lead nowhere useful.
If you’re arriving after eleven at night, telephone during the day so the porter knows to expect you. The steps are lit but the terrace is not, and in winter the stone is treacherous.
